If your luggage exceeds the limits, we can provide a chauffeur-driven baggage van to take your bags directly to your destination. This service is not included in the price of the helicopter transfer.

What is your cancellation policy ?

Cancellations by passengers :
Flights are fully refunded in credits with the flight service provider (except for specific blackout dates where cancellations are not allowed).

Less than 24 hours before the scheduled departure: No refund is possible.No refund is possible.

Flights are fully refunded in credits with the flight service provider or via credit card refund.

If the flight service provider arranges a similar or superior replacement helicopter, passengers cannot cancel their flights. If no alternative is available, cancellation fees will apply.

What is your late policy ?

Passenger delays:

A fee of 15% of the total flight cost will be charged.

The delay will be considered a no-show, and the full value of the booking will be forfeited.

Flight connection delays:

Delayed by more than 30 minutes due to a commercial flight: A fee of 50% of the total price will be charged to rebook the flight.

Delays related to sunset/sunrise regulations:

If passengers arrive at the flight service provider check-in desk less than 30 minutes before sunset, the flight cannot be carried out and will be charged.
