AIRPORT FAQ
HOW WILL WE MEET THE CHAUFFEUR AT THE AIRPORT ?
After you clear customs, look for your chauffeur at the arrival area who will be holding a sign or name-board. The chauffeur will also send you an SMS just before your flight lands if you have provided a mobile contact number.
IF MY FLIGHT ARRIVES EARLY, WILL MY CHAUFFEUR BE THERE ?
Yes, we monitor all flights so we will do our best to arrive early.
WHAT IS THE PROCESS FOR MY AIRPORT TRANSFER ?
- Once your reservation is confirmed, one of our agents will send you practical information via WhatsApp or email, including your driver's details 24 hours before your departure.
- Your driver will send you a WhatsApp message or SMS to introduce himself and inform you that he is waiting for you at the arrivals area corresponding to your flight.
- Your chauffeur, dressed in a dark suit, will be holding a personalized name board with your name or your company's name.
- He will assist you with your luggage and guide you to the vehicle parked in close proximity to the terminal exit.
- Your driver will safely and comfortably drive you to the designated drop-off address.
ARE THERE ADDITIONAL FEES IN CASE OF FLIGHT DELAYS ?
We monitor the arrival of your flight, and we are flexible in accommodating any potential delays. We provide 60 minutes of complimentary waiting time for commercial flights and 30 minutes for private jet flights once the flight has landed. Beyond these delays, we charge in increments of 30 minutes. The charges are based on the hourly rate of hourly service depending on the chosen vehicle.
WHAT IS THE BAGGAGE POLICY?
Our vehicles are equipped to accommodate a specific number of pieces of luggage. If the number of luggage exceeds the quantity provided during the reservation, an additional vehicle may be required. For safety reasons, all luggage must be placed in the trunk of the vehicle and not on the seats. This ensures both the safety of the passengers and compliance with transportation regulations.
HOW LONG BEFORE MY FLIGHT SHOULD I ARRIVE AT THE TERMINAL ?
Normally you should aim to arrive 2-3 hours before your flight unless you are on a domestic flight. But always check this with your airline.
CAN I MODIFY MY ITINERARY DURING MY AIRPORT TRANSFER ?
Certainly! You can modify your itinerary during the transfer. Any additional stops that are not on the initial route will incur additional charge based on the kilometers and duration of the detour. In the case of extended stops, we charge in increments of 30 minutes based on the hourly rate of hourly service and the chosen vehicle. Please communicate any changes or additional stops to us, and we will assist you with the necessary arrangements and provide information on any associated charges.

WILL THE CHAUFFEUR DRIVE IN EXCESS OF ANY SPEED LIMITS ?
Absolutely not! None of our chauffeurs will ever speed.
WILL THE CHAUFFEUR DRIVE GENTLY AND CONSIDERATELY ?
The chauffeur will always drive at safe and sensible speeds in accordance with road conditions, traffic and the legal speed limits.
WILL MY CHAUFFEUR RESPECT MY PRIVACY AND CONFIDENTIALITY ?
Absolutely. All of our chauffeurs strictly adhere to our confidentiality policy. What is said in the car, stays in the car.
WILL MY CHAUFFEUR CHAT TO PASSENGER(S) ?
Our chauffeurs will be polite and discreet at all times. If the passenger would like to talk or ask questions then the chauffeur will then happily respond.
WILL MY CHAUFFEUR CARRY MY LUGGAGE ?
Yes, your chauffeur will always offer to help carry your bags and luggage.
WILL MY CHAUFFEUR BE SMART AND WEAR A SUIT AND TIE ?
Absolutely! They always wear dark suits, shirt and tie.

HOW DO I BOOK ?
HOW FAR IN ADVANCE DO I NEED TO BOOK ?
We have taken bookings an hour before the journey but we do suggest that you make your booking as soon as you have made your travel plans in case we have a busy period.
DO YOUNG CHILDREN COUNT AS PASSENGERS ?
Yes. We provide baby seats and booster seats free of charge. Please mention it during your reservation.
DO YOU PROVIDE CHILD SEATS ?
Certainly! We provide complimentary booster seats or baby seats upon request. Please specify your requirement in the "comment" section of our reservation form when making your reservation online or communicate it directly to one of our agents via phone or WhatsApp. Ensuring the safety and comfort of your little ones is a priority for us, and we are more than happy to accommodate your needs during the transfer.
CAN I REQUEST A DRIVER WHO SPEAKS A SPECIFIC LANGUAGE ?
Certainly! All our drivers speak English. Additionally, some of them speak Spanish, Portuguese, Arabic, or Russian. If you have a specific language preference, please specify your request in the "comments" section of our online reservation form or communicate it directly to one of our agents via phone or WhatsApp. We'll do our best to accommodate your language preference and ensure a seamless communication experience during your transfer.

CAN I CHARGE MY PHONE IN THE VEHICLE ?
Car-chargers for iPhones and some other mobile phones are available in your car.
WILL BOTTLED WATER BE AVAILABLE IN THE VEHICLE ?
Absolutely. Provided free of charge to our clients.
HOW OLD ARE YOUR VEHICLES ?
Our vehicles are all recent models, with a maximum age of 3 years.
HOW MUCH LUGGAGE WILL FIT IN THE BACK ?
The Mercedes V-Class can hold up to 7 large suitcases . The Mercedes S-Class, E-Class and Range Rover Vogue can each accommodate up to 3 pieces of luggage in the trunk.
IS THE CAR NON SMOKING ?
Yes! We will gladly stop for smoke breaks on journeys longer than one hour.
