• We only accept Euros and cryptocurrencies (BTC, ETH, BNB, LTC, XRP, USDT & USDC) as payment for our services.
  • Our rates cover unlimited insurance for passengers, fuel, car, and driver expenses.
  • Clients are responsible for covering the cost of driver meals, which will be billed separetely during an hourly service between 12:00-14:00 & 19:00-21:00.


  • A transfer is a service from point A to point B.
  • Any transfer made between 22:00 and 07:00 will be subject to a 15% surcharge.
  • The announced rate is based on a pre-planned trip and cannot be modified except in the following situations, which will result in additional charges:

Any additional pick-up or drop-off will be charged 25 € VAT included per additional pick-up or drop-off.

Any waiting time will be charged in 30-minute increments based on the hourly rate applied according to the vehicle used, in addition to the extra pick-up or drop-off fee

  • Airport transfer: 1 hour of waiting time is included in the price for any reception on a commercial flight at Nice Côte d’Azur airport. 30 minutes of waiting time are included in the price for any reception on a private flight or train station. Beyond this time, Leader Limousines will charge by 30-minute increments depending on the vehicle chosen.
  • For any pickup other than a train station or airport, any delay of the customer more than 20 minutes will be billed by 30-minute increments depending on the vehicle chosen.

If the client wishes to keep the driver, we will bill all overtime according to the vehicle chosen. If the service extends between 12:00 – 14:00 & 19:00 – 21:00, a chauffeur meal will be charged at the rate of 20 € inc. taxes / meal / driver.

Tolls are included in the transfers unless the service results in a provision. In this case, it is possible for us to charge various unforeseen costs such as tolls, parking or others.


  • This is a service during which the vehicle and the driver remain with the customer. The minimum billing is three hours. Any additional hours will be billed. Any hour started is due in full.
  • Meals (for any provision between 12:00 – 14:00 & 19:00 – 21:00), tolls and parking are at the expense of the client.
  • The advertised rate includes a fixed price of 75 kilometers. Any excess will result in a charge based on the excess mileage and itself varies depending on the vehicle chosen.
  • The schedules chosen will be the pick-up time and the drop-off time.
  • Sleeping expenses: 150 € including taxes or at the charge of the customer according to the place and or the availability of the hotel.


Leader Limousines is not responsible for the loss or forgetfulness of objects or luggage in its vehicles.

Our vehicles can only accommodate a certain amount of luggage, it is important that each client inquire about this beforehand when making a reservation. Under no circumstances can Leader Limousines or its drivers be held responsible if the vehicles cannot accommodate the luggage of customers. Please note that for safety reasons, luggage must be placed in the trunk and not on the seats.


If a client fails to show up for their scheduled service, they will be charged the full amount.


Any cancellation or order modification must be notified to us at least 12 hours in advance for domestic reservations and 24 hours in advance for international bookings.

Any partial or total cancellation made beyond the required time will likely result in no-show fees, as follows:

Airport transfers & transfers:

  • More than 48 hours before the service: Free cancellation.
  • Between 48 hours and 24 hours before the service: 50% will not be refunded.
  • Less than 24 hours before the service: No refund.

Hourly service:

  • More than 48 hours before the service: Free cancellation.
  • Between 48 hours and 24 hours before the service: 3 hours will not be refunded.
  • Less than 24 hours before the service: No refund.


Any order will be validated if and only if a credit card has been provided.

Invoices are payable upon receipt, in Euros.

The customers have the obligation to respect the material placed at their disposal namely the vehicle and all its accessories.


  • to require a refund in the event of damage to the vehicle, such as the opening of a door or other accessory.
  • to interrupt the passenger transport service in progress if the client’s behaviour jeopardizes the safety of the driver or that of the vehicle placed at his disposal or if the client is insulting to the driver.


The client may not demand that the speed limit authorized by French law be exceeded or ask the driver to commit traffic violations.

If the client commits an offence, for example, the use of drugs, the driver will have the right to immediately terminate the rental contract: the service in progress will therefore be terminated and the entire service will be billed.

Eventual complaints must be made within eight days; after this period, they can no longer be taken into consideration.
