Waiting time included
60 minutes free after landing for commercial flights, 30 minutes for private-jet arrivals. Included by default — no re-quote, no additional charge.

Flight tracked from wheels-up. Pickup time adjusts to the actual landing — early arrival or delay. Direct coordination with the FBO or handler for private jets.

Private jet arrival

We coordinate with the FBO upstream — Signature, TAG, Sky Valet, ExecuJet, Chambéry Savoie Business Aviation, Advanced Air Support. Depending on the airport and the applicable protocol, pickup happens at the private terminal or directly on the tarmac at the foot of the airstair. Luggage transferred by the handler, customs formalities handled on the FBO side. You are on the road before commercial passengers have retrieved their bags.

Where does the chauffeur wait — inside or outside the arrivals hall?
Inside the arrivals hall, past customs, with a name-board (tablet). The vehicle is parked in the airport's professional pickup area — usually a 2 to 4 minute walk with luggage assistance. For private-jet arrivals, planeside on the tarmac at the FBO, coordinated with the handler.

What happens if my flight is delayed or arrives early?
We track your flight from take-off and adjust the pickup time to the actual landing, whether the flight is early or delayed. 60 minutes of free waiting are included after landing for commercial arrivals, 30 minutes for private jets. No re-quote, no additional charge.

What if my luggage is delayed or lost after landing?
The chauffeur stays with you until the situation is resolved — the free waiting time is not counted during airline-caused delays. If you have to leave a claim at the baggage service, we assist with the paperwork and coordinate later delivery to your final destination at cost.

Do you provide child seats and booster seats?
Yes — baby seats, toddler seats and booster seats are provided at no extra charge. Please specify the age and weight of each child when booking so we equip the vehicle before your arrival. Available in all our vehicles including the Mercedes V-Class 4MATIC.

How do I pay — and can I open a corporate account?
Amex, Visa, Mastercard, wire transfer, and on-account terms for family offices and corporate clients. Multi-currency invoicing available in EUR, USD, GBP and AED, with the ECB rate locked on the day of issue. A single monthly invoice can be arranged for high-volume accounts.

Do your chauffeurs speak English — and other languages?
Every chauffeur is bilingual English and French. Additional languages available on request depending on the roster — Russian, Arabic, Italian and Spanish are commonly spoken on our team. We match the language to the guest whenever possible.

What is your cancellation policy?
More than 48 hours before the service: full refund. Between 48 and 24 hours: 50% refund. Less than 24 hours: no refund. Sending the cancellation request on WhatsApp guarantees immediate processing. Force-majeure events (airport closure, weather) are handled case by case.

Can I book same-day or last-minute?
Yes — subject to fleet availability. Our team is reachable 24/7 on WhatsApp at +33 6 52 53 08 52. Requests up to four hours before departure are accepted whenever a vehicle can be positioned in time. For peak weeks (Christmas, New Year, February holidays, Easter, Cannes Festival, Grand Prix), booking at least a week ahead is strongly recommended.
