Mountain flights in the Alps are subject to weather conditions. In the event of adverse conditions — heavy snowfall, strong winds, or low visibility — your flight will be canceled for safety reasons and you will be fully refunded to the credit card used for payment. Refunds are processed within 15 days. In this case, we can provide a Mercedes V-Class at €650 all taxes included, or a Mercedes S-Class at €850 all taxes included, as an alternative ground transfer. We monitor weather forecasts closely and notify you as early as possible of any changes.
